We stayed for two nights at the Radisson Palace hotel. We were first given a very loud room (located just below the aircon system, so everything was loud and "trembling" (the engines were turning and generating a turbulence kind of movement). We then asked for a change and we were given a nice room, in the middle part of the... more

like the previous reviewer - it was perfect for access to the spa, lovely big room, great service, good breakfast - all in all a place for a great weekend. Spa is not big though, so if I ever go back (hopefully!) I might look for a cheaper hotel as the funicular to the spa is easily accessible in the... more

We had planned a short break to the true spa of Spa and were looking for a hotel very next to the new Thermes on top oh a hill. The hotel has a direct link with a private elevator which is very convenient and exclusive. We had a very fine gourmet diner on the first night but at a price... more

Nice look from the outside. Room air con was not working properly. 7 in the morning builders started to work on a scaffolding in my window. I mentioned it to the front desk, they said it's completely normal.... see attached photo of the view from my window more

We stayed here for one night in January, booking one of their special spa breaks. The hotel is in the heart of the town and connects to the Spa via a private vinicular railway. We had a near perfect weekend and would happily recommend this hotel. The stay were pleasant and friendly, while our room nice and fresh. In the... more

We went to Spa in Belgium for two nights (23-24 Dec 07) to check out the hot spring spas that the town is famous for. The Radisson is adjoined to Thermes des Spa and convenient for accessing the baths with it's own cable car running you from the hotel up to the baths. One little inconvenience was that we couldn't... more

Spa has a limited choice of hotels - we opted for this one on the basis of its direct connection to the Thermes as well as the fact that it was recommended as the best one in the area. The service was definitely excellent. The rooms were rather average - not matching the high price we paid but admittedly it... more

We booked a 1 night spa package which included 1 night at the hotel, access to the Thermes de Spa and dinner in the hotel restaurant. Upon arriving at the hotel, the check in was quick, easy, and very friendly. After relaxing for half an hour in the room after the drive, we went up to the spa. The hotel... more

My wife and I enjoyed a fine Easter weekend escape to Spa, and the accomodations and service at The palace were superb. It is clean, very well appointed, and perfectly situated. My wife's trip to the Spa was a high point, while I enjoyed the furnicular ride (and views), and stole away to Francorchamps and Stevalot to see the Formula... more

My husband and I booked this hotel in conjunction with a full day spa treatment which turned out to be one of the most romantic and relaxing weekend ever. We were charmingly greeted by Steve who checked us in and discovered that the room which was appointed to us was surprisingly spacious and tastefully decorated. Another pleasant surprise on that... more
