This was my 4th stay at the Hotel since 2001, previous last stay was in 2004. I always booked the Junior Suite side of the lake, not side of the road. The rooms have been refurbished new carpet, a airconditioning unit which was the only thing missing before, flat screen TV, refurbished bathroom, etc... I have always loved this hotel... more

We spent 3 nights there, we were booked into a forest room which was facing the main road into Spa and had to be moved to the much quieter rear facing rooms, the main road is too noisy at night. The bar closed at 11pm prompt - not too good for a 4star hotel. They had no hotel transport into... more

We booked a 295 Euro wellness package. The advertised package included 2 nights in Junior suite, full day access to wellness center, 2 cures, 2 dinners, 2 breakfast and 1 lunch. The suite was confortable, clean and had a nice view. The dinners were not very tasty. Breakfast was very good. Service at the wellness center was very very poor.... more
