This is a nice looking hotel, but the experience was a bit lacking.Upon arrival, we were told our reservation had been cancelled and there were no suites available.I insisted that my reservation be honored because it was not my doing. They found a room for us, but the safe didn't work until the 3rd day and the phone didn't work... more

Alone in a beautiful wooded area just outside of Spa, the hotel has the atmosphere of a well kept country lodge.The rooms are well appointed, cozy and very clean.The restaurant is very good with an excellent wine cellar visible from the inner lobby. more
