I selected this hotel as it seemed lovely and was in the center of SPA. As soon as I got there, the front desk employee was really rude. Very charming hotel...from the outside. No reception, just a bar. The Elevator is so small, you can only go inside two by two...with no luggage. The room was clean but so small....you open the door and you are on your bed. But nice place, nice town and nice area for skiing more
