Very helpful receptionists. Unfortunately that was where it ended. Very small room, bathroom not too clean, window wouldn't close properly, toilet broken had to have cistern open to flush. Tried to pay bill at 8.55am told no-one available until 9am. Waited until 9.10am having been verbally abused by male breakfast help. Left our details and received a bill only deducting...
