The hotel is basically in de centre of Blankenberge. So it's not easy to find parking nearby but you can park your car at hotel for €15 a night. That's the only "issue" about this hotel. Our room was perfectly clean and we had everything we needed. The staff is very friendly. Even after closing time we could order some... More

A customer experience is not only about the accomodation, staff matters too! The accomodation was good and the food at the restaurant was not too bad. The problem was at the reception. When you arrive you have no explanations about the hotel, the facilities and the restaurant. You have to ask everything and the person was looking at me like... More

Me, my partner and my parents stayed at this beautiful hotel for one night. The rooms where fantastic, we had room 202, it had 3 small balconies and one in the bathroom a first for me but loved it! Would definitely stay here again! very welcoming manager only small snag was at breakfast nothing was covered up, and there was... More

Nice design hotel, good location, nice staff, expensive parking (in the next street, 15 euro a day, pay 50 euro upfront for a deposit for the key to the parking), rooms are a bit small, but very well designed, and clean. Box spring bed. Sauna is more like a swimming pool: tiles everywhere, tough chairs, no outside area to cool... More

Very nice rooms with designellements, clean, sauna and swimmingpool in the hotel! Very good restaurant Starx, food prepared by a good chef and nice presented! Pricy hotel, but money worthy.

We were looking for a hotel in Bruges, but my wife preferred one at the coast so the children could breathe some fresh air and play on the beach. So we chose a hotel in Blankenberge, which is only 15 minutes from Bruges. The hotel itself is very modern and clean, the room we had could have been a bit... More

After 5 days of camping this is exactly the kind of hotel you want to stay in. I found a deal on Groupon for the Saint Sauveur and ended up paying half price for a 3 night stay. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 2 minute walk to the beach front. Our... More

The hotel is located close to the shops and the casino. The hotel is very modern and clean. My room was clean white, but a little bit small. The hotel is near a barstreet i think, so it was sometimes very noisy during the night. The hotel discripes his self as a design hotel( with high prices) but it's not... More

I stayed at the Belgian coast for 3 days with my wife and doughter last week, and had a wonderful stay in this hotel. We had booked a normal room, but upgraded to a suite. It was on the corner of the third floor. We were somewhat disappointed the hotel didn't have a proper own restaurant, but the restaurant of... More

The hotel itself is quite nice, with spacious rooms. The materials in the rooms are not that luxury like old TV, DVD player eventhough they profile every room with a plasma. The swimming pool is realy small, jaccuzi was broke. After half an hour there were quite a lot of people in the pool. There was more place in our... More

We certainly appreciated your feedback, especially bringing to our attention several of your remarks. However, needless to say, this leaves us with a very bad feeling. First of all, please accept our sincere apologies. If the behavior of our staff member seemed rude to you, she deeply regrets if she may have given this impression. It was certainly not her... More
