Stayed here one night. It is not a hotel. No complaints at all. Silent room, close to the beach, perfect breakfast. Maybe I'll come back another time. Only minor is the not indoor room wifi although on the 4th floor I could use the WIFI , but for one night this is well to do.

I stayed here and must admit there was a little trepidation re some of the reviews! Honestly, I had none, the beds were comfortable - amazingly so, the room was spotless and also very practical. Please not this is not a standard "hotel"! Hotels are privately owned, however this is government owned and I believe it is also used for... More

we recieved a room at last floor, old furniture and windows, dusty, the smell was quite heavy. So room was very dissapointing. for the rest we were satisfied, breakfast very good and served in a nice location, personal very friendly and competent. Hotel close to the beach, nice view. Oh,and another unpleasent surprise is Parking, access is quite difficult; there... More

The 3rd time I stayed at the Petit Rouge. Found it per chance when searching for a hotel in Blankenberge close to the sea etc and have been coming since. There is no unnecessary luxury but it has everything one needs for a relaxing weekend: great location close to the beach, swimming pool, clean restaurant with affordable prices etc.

The lady at the desk was verry helpfull and friendly. The breakfeastbuffet is really good. The rooms are spacious, but they smell a bit and the beds are verry low and not comfy. Advice to the managment: - take care of some minor reparations -new televisions!!! -and a little paint (refreshing)would do wonders! The elevators waiting times are sometimes so long.... More

If you like Ikea then this is the place for you..the rooms are very basic and modern but with a feel of cheapness about them..like you had bought a complete kids bedroom set from Ikea and screwed it to the walls for safety, very plasticky and vynyl flooring as well...the clothes hanging and drawer spaces were miniscule and dont get... The hotel location was great, just in front of the sea. The price is fairly cheap compared to the hotels standing at the coast. So, why is it so cheap? Because it managed by a Belgian 'mutualiteit'. The reception is closed at 21:00!! The stairs are not connected to the ground floor, I wonder how people can evacuate if there... More

This hotel in fact is a center for social holidays, but it is open to everyone. This makes it a very affordable accomodation, but the down side is that the public areas and the rooms look a litte bit 'cheap'. Big plus is the location, and rooms with seaview for a small supplement. Breakfast is very nice (we did not... More
