We stayed here a few months ago and loved the traditional architecture and ambience of the place. There is free parking onsite up a hill and it is just past the Schloss on the way up. The room and bathroom were large and spacious with reliable Wifi. There is a balcony which is shared and it looks down the valley... More

The hotel is situated on a hill to the west above Lienz, with breathtaking views down into the valley and up to the surrounding mountains. Our room was standard furnished in the rustic style; a bit small, though, but our friends had a larger one. This was the most miserable stay of our holiday It was hot and the room had no A/C. Our windows opened to the outside restaurant with noise lasting well past midnight on a Thursday night. The restaurant was okay but it seems like every Austrian is a smoker. There was good wifi not requiring a password only in the reception... More

We stayed 1 night in a large double room. We asked for a room with a view,the view was fantastic.
