Fantastic B&B in a stunning location run by two fabulous hosts! Lots of interesting and helpful information was provided by Irwin on the Inishowen area and on places to visit, things to do and places to dine.

I was made to feel very welcome. Given loads of local information. The Irish breakfast was first class! Olga and Irwin are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. I only wish that I was staying longer.

We were made most welcome from the moment of our arrival at the Inishowen Lodge. Tea and local history, recommendations about local sites and eateries, a very comfortable and spacious room with all the amenities. The views over the Lough and the countryside are worth the stay for the peace and quiet. Our only regret was that we were only... More

Delighted to share our knowledge of this peaceful, tranquil and stunning part of Ireland. You are quite right in assessing a one night stay as being inadequate for the wonderful sights that make up this part of the Wild Atlantic Way. There is so much to see and experience. Thank you for your positive comments. We look forward to your... More

My husband and I spent a month traveling around Ireland, staying in a variety of places. We loved our stay at the Inishowen Lodge. Olga and Irwin are great hosts and their B&B is beautiful. Everything was modern and comfortable. We had nice views of the water from our room and everything was spotless. Breakfast was quite good. While we had... More

Thank you for visiting Ireland. After a one months holiday you would have had stayed in a variety of Irish accommodation, so we are delighted that you loved your stay at Inishowen Lodge and could have easily stayed longer. Delighted that you enjoyed the magic that is Inishowen and the highly rated restaurants that are available. Olga & Irwin More

What an amazing find on the shores of Lough Foyle! This B&B is a wonderful example of Irish hospitality at it's best. Amazing views over Lough Foyle, fantastic rooms with loads of space and comfy beds, and the most welcoming of hosts in Olga and Irwin - what more could you ask? And the breakfasts - wow! Olga's homemade bread... More

There is a distinctive, special mystical feel to the atmosphere at the Inishowen Lodge it would make you want to return again and again to this treasure in Donegal to leave your city stress on one of the secluded beaches. The warmth of the staff, their vitality and freshness, attention to detail, scent of fresh lilies in the hallway all... More

Sadly, we had only allowed ourselves a 2 night stay here. There is so much to see and do and Irwin will tell you all about it. He knows the history, the hidden stories, and much that is not available to the casual tourist. He has maps and books you can borrow to help you see as much as you... More
