The room was a bit tired and in need of decoration, but was spacious and clean with 2 beds, a sofa and large bathroom. The dining room was being renovated / extended at the time of visit so it would be unfair to comment on this area. Bar area is nice, if not small.

The hotel sure needs some renovation. The rooms are really outdated as well as the bathroom. Internet (at additional cost) was slow and most of the time not available due to heavy demand of other guests. The restaurant looked more like an Army dining hall. The staff however was friendly. Checking out in the morning was a challenge with a... More

Staff were friendly, but the room I stayed in looked as though it was from the 70's. I couldn't hear my neighbors except when they moved the closet doors or slammed their front door, so sleeping was pretty nice there. There was a kitchenette in my room, which we didn't use. I had read that you could see the mountains... More

This is a big hotel. On the plus side, it was clean and quiet. The bathroom was bright and modern. Things worked. However, I was charged for indoor space to park my bicycle. I have been to some great hotels and no one has charged my for indoor bicycle parking. I was charged for internet access. Now fancy places like... More

Excellent customer service for our group, very friendly staff, clean, spacious, comfortable rooms, tasty food, quiet. Would definitely return and warmly recommend this hotel! I commend the staff for their pro-active approach, anticipating our needs - e.g. late dinner for our group on arrival.

My family just got back from spending 4 nights here. Really great breakfast. Great service and front desk help. They even gave me free laundry soap for the machine upstairs. Only issue is the beds. They were pretty hard and small. Pillows were not the nice quality down like the comforters either. I ended up sleeping on the comforter to... More

This hotel is nicely located, a short walk from the pleasant little village of Bad Aibling, but still nicely located in the "green". With clear weather a view on the slopes of the Alps. By train just over 1 hour away from Munich, which is a lovely city (but not for cars and parking). The staff are very friendly, the... More

This is a good hotel located about 2 km from the city center. The hotel is clean but a bit old-fashioned. Rooms and staff are okay. For children it offers a kids club as well as a nice swimming pool and a good playground. It is also easy to start exploring the nature from the hotel in the surrounding forest.

This hotel designed in land style, not modern, but pleasant. The room was big enough, clean and quiet. The breakfast was great with very wide offer of food (the liver pate was absolutely great). Only the receptionist was unpleasant and rude. This hotel is average, but in great surroundings. It is situated in a small town surrounded by the pure nature.... More

The receptionist was correct, but seemed not to know about other restaurants. The hallway to the rooms is covered with stains and looks filthy. The rooms have a very worn out kitchenette, carpet covered with stains and one was still wet.... The bad room was ok and the room was quiet. The bar staff was very unhelpful. The breakfast was...
