My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Flora for three days following a long TransAtlantic cruise and it was the perfect choice for what we wanted. The location was spot-on, and the views from our terrace were stunning. The restaurant was delightful and Jovani (John) made our evening an enjoyable event. But special cudos go to the manager, Amos... More

Tastefully decorated hotel situated in a small but handsome park. Great location. Short walk from the centre. Nice, spacious rooms. Very friendly staff, especially the gentleman who received us in the evening and the lady who served breakfast and the ladies at the front desk . An excellent breakfast buffet with fresh bread and fresh coffee (not to be taken... More

I wanted to stay in the hotel for 4 nights but left after 2 nights for a very easy reason: There was no warm water for taking a shower. After having no warm water during the first morning I thought that this should not happen but it can. I talked to people during breakfast and some had the same experience.... More

I am sorry for the inconvenience .. we remember exactly what happened We had a big problem with water heating in some rooms of "Villa Le Camelie" in the annex building . This circumstance sometime can happen anywhere .. We offered to the involved clients to move in another room but only one of them didn't accept.. More

A lovely building, great views over Rome from the high floors and the roof terrace, easy to get to and close to centre of town. The restaurant was fine for lunch when we arrived, but the antics of the owner, whom I can only describe as an Italian version of Basil Fawlty of the Fawlty Towers series, were so extreme... More

We stayed here for one Friday night in June 2014. We stayed on the top floor of the main building in a lovely airy room with ensuite shower room and private spacious terrace (with table and chairs). The hotel is set in a green oasis of beautiful tranquil gardens. While the road outside can be busy during the day we... More

There are so many good things about this hotel, not least its location which is just outside the centre of town but within minutes' walk of restaurants, shops and the train station (for getting to Rome quickly and easily). There is an attractive garden for warm afternoons and evenings and there is also parking (a little tight, but there is... More

We stayed here for two nights and were delighted with the hotel, staff and location. We had previously stayed in a stunning 4star hotel in the heart of Trastevere and have traveled all over Italy. Hotel Flora was a last minute decision and we felt like we hit the secret jackpot. The room was spacious and very comfortable, we loved... More

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and we weren’t pleased at all with the accommodation or service or food. The hotel is located in the main square of Frascati, a small but nice and elegant town outside of Rome, and well known to be an up level class type of town. The hotel flora from outside looks very... I can accept the complain about the air conditioning , in the Junior Suite we assigned, it was not working properly ! For courtesy towards our clients we offered to change the room immediately, without waiting for a technician . What I can't accept it's when the lady says the bathroom was disgusting ..!! When they changed the room in... More

Stayed 4 nights with tour group. Room was lovely, with two windows and a balcony. Strange shower, but got used to it - the usual high standard marble Italian bathroom. Absolutely divine bed - best sleep I have ever had. Despite being near the main road, the commuter traffic pipes down after 6.00 pm and the hotel is far away... More
