This is a really nice hotel in an old buidling with atmospheric rooms with high ceilings. We stayed one night in a room overlooking the street, and while there was lots to see, this was just too noisy for us. We moved to a room overlooking a courtyard in the back which was much quieter. Breakfast is in a small... More

very friendly staff who make you feel at home from the moment you arrive, there are two parking spaces outside the hotel where there is free parking but also in the area not a problem, rooms are small, clean and some have baths and some showers only, there is free wifi, in the area are many bars and restaurants, the... Stayed here for one night which happened to be Carnival in the town! Managed to park right outside even though the street was blocked off for the Carnival. Perfectly located to wander up through the tiny alleyways to the cathedral, views, carnival happenings, but also to cafe's etc on the Main Street. Didnt get 2 minutes of sleep but only... More

Our recent trip to southern Spain included a stay in the charming village of Arcos de la Frontera. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, especially our 3-night stay at Hotel Real de Veas. The rooms were lovely and the proprietors could not have been nicer or more helpful. We highly recommend this delightful hotel if you're ever in the region!

We stayed at this lovely hotel back in August, we booked at last minute and the price for the room was excellent value. We were welcomed by the lovely couple and while we spoke in Spanglish, language was no barrier. It was incredibly hot when we arrived - 44 degrees or so.. we were extremely grateful for the air-conditioning, the... More

nicer than the modern hotels, here they maintained old features such as the well, nice patio tiled and open atrium with plenty of light. a common room to relax in, dining room opposite the large clean kitchen. nice food prepared by the wife owner. car parking difficult and better to leave the car in the underground car park in the... lovely couple running this place, friendly, helpful, adorable! the place is updated, clean and a wonderful change from a hotel chain. the breakfast in the morning was the highlight, she served us with pleasure and it was a pleasure to receive! it was a bit overpriced in my opinion, over 100 euros for one night sleep and two continental breakfasts... I went there because the good reviews, but I was surprise of how good this place is. I went there with my husband and another couple without reservation. The lady gave us the suites at a discounted rate because they were empty. She is a sweet, helpful lady, giving us lots of good advise, including which restaurants people like more.... More

I would like to reiterate what has been said by previous reviewers. I recently stayed for 4 nights during which I used the hotel as a base for day trips to Seville and throughout Cadiz province. The hotel is well located close to the old town. The room we stayed in was a good size and both clean and comfortable.... More
