if you have not been to the town Argos de la Frontera, put it on your list of must go places. Next, you must stay at this small, extremely historic casa. The owner, Uko, just "gets it". Rooms are extremely clean, fresh, and modern. The bed is large, comfortable, and has crisp linens. Having said that, none of the historic... More

We stayed in this hostal for one night but was enough to see that everything is fantastic. Rooms are nice & clean. Breakfast service is awesome. There is a roof top where you can have a coffee or a tea while enjoying the views of the town. The staff was very kind to us. I would strongly recommend this hostel... More

The B&B has some character, nice room (top floor), firm mattress, fluffy pillows and large modern bathroom. Breakfast was just okay and the staff was pretty grim and not at all welcoming. This place certainly did not live up to its Trip Advisor rating. The location of this B&B is very inconvenient and parking is a problem. Most hotels in... More

An excellent little B&B. Lovely room, decor, bed and bathroom. We stayed one night. Great advice on places to eat. The streets are very quaint and narrow, so just get your car close and they will order you a taxi to get to the door. But well worth it. Excellent breakfast, rooftop patio and little lounge room with an "honour"... More

This hotel is a treasure! Uko is is wonderful host. The location is a great place to base for experiencing other cities. We visited Gibralter, Jerez and Ronda from here. Stay at Case El Sueno and stop by the Parador to experience views from the opposite side. There is a very nice walk from Casa El Sueno to view this... More

My parents and I rented the Cueva room in the basement for 1 night in June 2015. Our only regret was that our stay was too short! PROS: - Lieve and Uko are great hosts! Check in/check out were a breeze, communication prior to our arrival was prompt and friendly. Top notch! - The room was spacious, the beds were... More

The Casa El Sueno is truly a dream overlooking an outer wall of Arcos de la Frontera onto the lake and waterway and the total view of the landscape of plains into the horizons of distant mountains. So breath taking. Ugo, our Dutch host was completely helpful to make our stay perfect. We are given keys to the front door... More

We stayed for a week and had a great time. The owner, Uko, is very helpful and his recommendations (places to eat, visit, etc) were really useful. He served us a very tasty breakfast every morning, with fried eggs, fresh orange juice, jamon, jams. We also got directions for parking prior to arrival and they were very accurate. The roof... We really loved it. We spent two nights last March and it was fantastic. La Casa is a very special place and makes you feel special too! For us the best was the terrace with great views. Uko, the owner, and Esmeralda were very friendly and helpful, they recommended us what to visit, where to eat, etc.I really recommend this... More
