Most of this hotel is fine. We found that out when poking our collective nose in the rooms whilst they were being cleaned. However, the family room 11 is a joke. Two sets of bunk beds for two children and their parents..... No. No kettle, bedside table/ reading lights, no TV, no hair dryer, no minibar and most importantly, no... More

We choosed Biasca as two night stop for business in the neighbourhood. Biasci itself is a journey worth, with his grottis, th old chirch, the pittoresque waterfalls, the old part of town and the big quarry of marble. Quite good possibilities for shopping.

Our room at the hotel was adequate, but there was only one chair in a double room. There was no aircon - nowadays we get that in Campaniles. We are early risers and at 6 am had to wait for the water to be hot enough for showering. The dinner was superb, the best lamb we could remember tasting, but... More

We choose Biasca as a night stop coming from Belgium and going to Italy because it is about 800 km from Brussels. The little town turned out to be a nice place for the night, surrounded by mountains and we had a nice evening walk by the local little church. We had chosen the hotel after looking at the Michelin... More

Safe, clean, decent hotel. I wonder how 3 stars have been granted. The bathrooms are very basic, no extras, no embellishment. Swiss-clean, tough. The restaurant deserves the highest rating for value fo money ratio and good efforts of the whole staff. The nearby St Peter's church is a medieval building with reinassance frescos. Must see.

A nice hotel in a nice city with a friendly staff. But above all a wonderfull restaurant and terrace with typical meals from the regio for a good price. A nice surprise when you're on the road.

We stayed in this hotel while driving from the UK to Italy. Biasca is a bustling small modern town but in a wild mountain setting, which is why we chose it for an overnight stop. The hotel itself is part of the minotel chain and looks modern although we suspect that there is the core of an older hotel there... More

Stayed at the Giardinetto as part of a hiking trip through Ticino. Compared to the four other Minotels at which we stayed, the Giardinetto was comfortable, but not the best. It was a bit modern looking - which I guess is fine considering that Biasca is comparatively a metropolis and not quite cozily situated on the mountainside, therefore the Swiss... More
