Luxury accommodation in the heart of Norfolk, ideal location for Snetterton racing circuit. The cottage is self-contained and beautifully furnished. All our rates include a deluxe continental breakfast.
Peter and Isabelle's cottage could not have been more perfect! The cottage itself is spacious (especially the glorious bathroom!) and well-equipped; complete privacy is offered, with the comfort of knowing that the hosts are easily accessible if needed. The continental breakfast options are generous and varied; it was great having the provisions left in the cottage's kitchen for me to access as I pleased. The location was absolutely perfect for my needs, with the added bonus of being a 10-15 minute walk from the delightful town of East Harling. Right from my initial enquiry, Peter and Isabelle responded to my needs with kindness, understanding and great generosity. I highly recommend this charming B&B.

After having our only holiday fall through the day before we were due to go, as a last resort we searched Booking.com and this was the first property that was actually available for the same dates. The price in comparison to some properties we looked at was a steal. I contacted the property to see if we could check in any earlier than the stated arrival time and I received two replies one via email the other a text saying that wasn't a problem and wishing us a safe journey which was really nice. The property is located in a lovely peaceful rural area with easy access to anywhere in Norfolk but it's also close to Suffolk so plenty of options. The property itself is a beautiful self contained cottage with a huge bathroom, walk in closet decent sized kitchen. As it's bed and breakfast we were provided with eveything we needed for a good continental which as we were there for a week was perfect. The hosts Peter and Isabelle were incredibly accommodating making sure we had eveything we needed and making it clear we just had to ask if there was anything we needed throughout our stay. Even going to the trouble of getting my partner his favourite breakfast cereal. They were even kind enough to apologise for the fact that there was a 24hr race on at the Snetterton Race track and that there were builders over the road who started work at 7. Neither of these were an issue as the cottage has good double glazing so we could barely hear it. They also gave us ideas on places to visit. It may have been a last resort but we couldn't have been happier and can honestly say we think we had a better holiday. Already looking forward to returning.…

We normally stay in hotels, decided on this occasion to go for a farmhouse come B&B like we used to years ago before we had children . I must say this truly is a most relaxed an comfortable place.Field cottage is a stand alone unit with a large lounge/bedroom with kitchen and en-suit,comfortable beds, lovely views and only a short distance from many attractions. If you after a comfortable , cosy weekend, this is the place.Very peaceful.

We stayed here as my Dad was racing at snetterton. It was the perfect little hide away. A self contained unit with everything you could possibly need. Felt like a home away from home. We briefly saw the owner as we arrived rather late on the Friday night but he came to introduce himself and let us know where he was if we needed him. We're already thinking about when we can stay here again!

Not a room in a house but a room in a garden. Spacious lounge/bedroom (twin beds, sofa, chair, TV, desk) nice big bathroom, and a small kitchen preloaded with cereals, toast, fruit, milk, coffee, for your breakfast. Room comfortable. Breakfast arrangement suited me fine as I had to leave quite early, I always feel guilty asking BnB people if I can have my breakfast 2 hours before they were planning... Five minutes back-road to Snetterton - really handy!

The cottage is beautiful, came away wishing we didn't have to leave! Luxurious! Would love to stay again. We didn't get to meet the hosts due to our difficult arrival and departure times, but spoke to on the phone and they were very understanding and lovely. Thank you.

This a really pretty little cottage, set in the lovely grounds of the main house and offering spacious accommodation for 2. A perfect bolthole for a quiet and relaxing night away after the racing at Snetterton. A great find - we shall definitely return during a racing weekend.

This is one of the best B&Bs we have stayed in.It was very spacious and it seemed that it was recently refurbished to a very high standard. The breakfast was laid out in the kitchen for self service and the choice of cereals etc was excellent. The bathroom was quite spacious with a large walk in shower. The only thing we found that could do with updating was the TV.A nice flat screen TV would have made our stay perfect. The property is only minutes from Snetterton Race Circuit so that is a big plus for anyone attending race meetings there.

Lovely little cottage in a great location out in the country nice patio and garden area, modern bathroom with great shower lovely clean and modern lounge and bedroom area went for wedding reception in village and stayed for two nights to explore area only negatives for us were the continental breakfast which was just normal sliced brown or white bread and small pots of jam marmalade and butter two yoghurts and a variety pack of cereal. more adult cereal like granola muesli, fresh fruit and some local honey, would have been appreciated or even some croissants sadly nothing was replenished for the second days breakfast which was disappointing for us, found it awkward to find way to cottage from road at night, as it was pitch black ,an outside light by cottage would be helpful.

I have stayed at this cottage twice and can't rate it highly enough. It's spacious and luxurious with all the amenities you could need. The shower is amazing and I think I probably took three more than I needed just as an excuse to get in! The place was spotless clean and the beds really comfortable. The hosts are really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. It's in such a pretty relaxing area and not far from Norwich. I will certainly be back time and time again.
