I stayed two nights at Nameri Eco Camp for birdwatching. The setting of the camp is very nice and a lot of birds and other wildlife can be encountered inside the camp. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Highly recommended for nature lovers!

I was recommended this lodge without knowing a great deal about it, however after 3 nights I can quite categorically state this is best national park eco lodge I have visited in the North East in the past six months. It is a true eco lodge which skilfully and truly benefits the local community. But rather than forget customer service... More

On the way to Arunchal Pradesh we stayed one night on 22nd April 2015 in Nameri Eco camp We felt we are back in nature. Camp was too good and have all facilities needed . Of course basic needs. The standard was up to the mark. Those who know about kabini Jungle resort near Mysore in karnatka , please do... More

I was here with my friends twice in a year. The eco camp tent house was a nice experience. Foods are simple and cheap too. River rafting but is more like a boating. Good 2 and half hours boating can be done with childrens and family. Those who wants to experience rapids of higher grade can avoid the boating. One... More

Stayed at the Nameri Eco Camp, for a day with friends on our return journey from Arunachal Pradesh in first week of April 2015. The layout of the camp is superb. There are cottages/tents around the garden which provide comfortable stay. We took tented accommodation – 2 tents with an extra bed in one tent. Tents are equipped with attached... More

Eco camps nameri as the name suggests is a great place in the midst of nature nurturing neat and well organized camps. This place would be greatly appealing in the rains but seems definitely dry and barren otherwise in the summer months when we visited it. The staff is courteous and responsive. The food is tasty and full of flavour... More

Planned as an intermediate stop between Manas and Kaziranga only, Nameri was an experience not to be missed by nature lovers. Built in the design of African safari lodges (but not offering the same standard) with friendly staff, good food, and a sympathic atmosphere. Dog families playing on the grounds, staff preparing a bonfire in cold nights, kitchen offering real... More

This is the best place to stay if visiting the Nameri Wildlife Sanctuary. Accommodation option is tents or cottages. Not much of a difference between the two. We stayed in tents and found it to be comfortable. The attached bathroom is concrete and gives you adequate privacy. Food is basic but good, perfect for birders. The staff is also polite... More

Its a good place to visit if you are in or visiting Guwahati. The layout of the camp is very nice with huge garden which has three segments providing sitting place to enjoy the calmness of this place and observe the bird life in the camp. There are cottages/tents around the garden which provide comfortable stay. The staff is very... More
