When i visit palani i usually stay in this hotel. Its nice with good service. There is plenty of parking and this place has a nice view of the temple. But if you visit palani in summer in palani prefer to take ac rooms its excrusiatingly hot!!!...

We stayed in Hotel Ganpat during Oct 2012. Took a family room 5 bed. Room was terrible and smelly. There are no restaurent attached to hotel. Apart from the location which is very near to the temple, there is nothing in the hotel. No value for money and total waste of money.

I have stayed here for one day with my family. Over all its a worst experience. I had booked for a 4 bedded room (attached bathroom European closets). On arrival they said that there is no such room in the lodge :(. After a long discussion with the guy in the reception I got two rooms(2 bedded) What you like:... More

the purpose of our visit to palani was well...to visit the palani temple. with that in perspective, we were looking for a hotel as close to the temple stairs as possible. in that respect, hotel Ganpat is an excellent choice to have. The closest one would ofcos be hotel subham (bang opposite the stairs), but shubham doesn't have rooms available... More

This hotel is good to stay. Room are very clean and maintainace is good. Hospitality is good... Service is good. worth for money.
