Can't wait to return one day!!!! We LOVED the Snowhotel, it was such an awesome experience, almost like a fairytale. The staff were informative, easy going and certainly knew their jobs. The food was delicious and we even got to eat the fish we caught while hole fishing. We had an absolute blast on the snow mobile, loads of fun!!... More

Staff, food, adventures.... Fantastic. Super friendly staff makes you relax. The different tours of dog sledding, ice fishing or snow mobiling were organised and long enough to be with the money. Snow hotel give you thermal sleeping bag to sleep in. Room is like a mini igloo I.side a large igloo. Don't pass this experience or you will regret it

Fabulous experience for 1 evening. A unique experience evening for a jaded traveller like me. Pluses were great dinner, excellent food 144 huskies on site with puppies, Reindeer's next door. Facilities were very good. Sleeping was fine in the the thermal bag they give you. Sculptures are fun tabulous. The only problem i had is we got off the boat... More

It was with trepidation that I followed my adventurous husband to the snow hotel. However, I got a great night sleep. We stayed in the Mickey and Minnie room...#23, closest to the restrooms. The sleeping bags were more than comfy. My husband, however, did not sleep. The meals at the restaurant (dinner and breakfast) were great. This was an unforgettable... More

My husband and I had dinner and stayed overnight at the SnowHotel and it was an amazing unique experience :) the rooms are uniquely sculptures and the beds comfortable! There are plenty of lovely spots to relax and have a drink before heading to the -4 degrees rooms to sleep. The ice bar is incredible but too cold for me!... More

The cheerful international staff, wonderful food, Arctic experiences (ice fishing for king crabs, followed by eating as many crab legs as you can manage; dog sledding trip; ice shot glass curling on the ice bar) are all icing on the cake. The question everybody asks, though, is whether you actually stayed in one of the snow rooms. The rooms are... More

Honestly I have difficulty in rating the snow hotel. The staff were friendly and humorous especially on the instruction on sleeping in the ice cold room. Each snow room was unique, and amazing. If based on wow factor I would have given it 5 stars. The stay itself I must admit was not comfortable and a number of guests actually... More

Just got back from a stay and really enjoyed the experience. The hotel is quite surreal with ice sculptures in every room. These are illuminated with coloured lights which stay on all night as there are otherwise no windows to let in light. I agree that it's not the most comfortable of stays and one night would be enough for... More

We stayed for three nights last week, we spent two nights in the wood cabins which we're amazing - brilliant views, warm and cosy. We spent one night in the ice rooms which was also a great experience. What we loved about staying at the hotel: The isolated location, was picture perfect and great for spotting the northern lights. The... More

On the Hurtigruten cruise with our group from The Big journey Company, we booked an excursion to this unique venue. The journey through the Norwegian countryside was fascinating and we arrived here to a warm welcome. We sat on reindeer skins draped over ice seats and had drinks in the ice bar. I was most impressed by the ice carvings... More
