We visited between 20th and 27th of June and would highly recommend this hotel. As our first trip abroad with our eight month old, although we have travelled a lot before it was slightly nervewracking!! We didnt have to worry at this hotel - they love children, make a real effort, provide anything you need and we really couldn't ask... more

Just returned from an 8 night stay in the Lake Resort and we liked it that much we hope to return again in September! Location is perfect and is also very close to a beautiful (and might I add clean) beach via the Lake gardens. The Marina is a short stroll away. The food in the resort is top class!... more

I have just returned from a weeks stay at the Lake Resort and I am already looking to book again for next year. I went with my wife and 3 year old daughter and we all loved every minute of our stay. Not only was the place immaculately clean and presented but it was so welcoming. Everybody from concierge, reception,... more

We have just returned from a low season break at The Lake Resort. The place was virtually empty, probably at most 5 rooms being occupied! That said, it meant service was second to none and the hotel was immaculate. They certainly did not let low occupancy affect their high standards. Very spacious hotel and rooms. Great walk in shower and... more

The Spa is a haven at the side of the Marina with fabulous views of landscaped gardens, pools, the beach & the Marina. 10 minutes walk from the resort to the beach (most of which is within the private enclosure of the Lake grounds). A choice of hotel room or apartment, underground car-parking, a sumptuous spa and a good selection... more

Just back from 10 days at this great hotel. Fantastic facilities. Room was very good, staff were friendly and helpful. The gym was amazing. Canoeing on the lake and watching the fish were great fun.So what could we criticise? Well maybe one of the 3 pools should have been deeper and better for proper swimming. There could be a bit... more

Stayed at The Lake Resort for 5 days at the beginning of September with my husband and 7 mth old daughter. Couldn't fault the hotel on any level, it was wonderful and the staff were so friendly and kind towards both us and especially my daughter. Service was fabulous. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept... more

All expectations met. Well designed room (separate toilet room is always popular when I travel with with my family - no idea why ;-). Well maintained, quiet, generally efficient hotel. 3 good pools, with sand based pool an innovative idea, although a bit rough on the feet. Breakfast cold as per other reviews, but choice and quality good and staff... more

Me, my husband, my 15yr old son and his friend stayed at the Lake Resort on 23 July for 5 nights. We arrived early but only had to wait about 15minutes for our rooms. On arrival there was a chilled bottle of cava in each room. The spa is superb and there was no charge to use the spa facilities... more

I stayed at the Lake hotel on a couple of occasions for business purposes. The hotel is fairly central and offers a contemporary design that matches well the destination. The rooms are large and well thought of. I wasn't particularly impressed by the breakfast set-up, but the produce were of a good quality. Business services offering could be better, when... more
