when we arrived at the appartments our first impression was that the place was lovely and quiet ,the appartments were lovely with lots of space and the pool was ok ,on our first day I went to reception to hire out a safe to put our valuables in (there was a group of us ) we hired it out paid... more

The studios were lovely, spacious, everything you needed in the studio, apart from a kettle,but got by with a saucepan. The grounds are well looked after, and the staff very helpful. The pool area is clean, but found the flies a bit annoying. The complex is a little way out from main attractions, but there is a bus stop right... more

On arrival our first impressions were, it was dark, old and dirty. All the Curtains were shut, the air conditioning was off and it felt small and old. Spacious apartments in peaceful location (car essential) but could do with a bit of tender loving care. Apartment was clean enough but curtains were hanging off the rail and some paintwork was peeling. Gardens needed cared for - general tidying and maintenance. All basics catered for but rather sparsely furnished. Sitting room was very basic, furniture had seen better days... more

The Cegonha Country Club (pronounced 'segonya') is perfect if you want a nice peaceful vacation. The apartments are absoloutely beautiful, very large with either a balcony or garden (garden if on the bottom floor, they are only 2 stories high).
