Just returned from Parque Mourabel - 1st impressions - outside could do with a bit paint and a new door to the apartment, but once unpacked and had some thing to eat, things looked a bit brighter. Mourabel is really value for money, don't expect too much. But, don't go to the nearby Lago Azul Restaurant - my husband was very sick after a visit and the staff/proprietor could not care less. if you book these Parque Mourabel Apartments becareful quite a lot are privately owned and it reflects in the decor of the rooms the outside paint work is starting to look a bit grotty also . the standard of rooms are varied the one we got had a bath that had been hand painted and was peeling also a majority... more
