We were 4 couples staying at this hotel last week end. It was a wonderful experience. The rooms are all large, cosy, well equipped and very "fresh". The landlady takes care of all as individuals, and nothing is too difficult. The hotel is situated a 5 minute walk from the waterfront, and it makes it a fine location for walks.... More

Elegant decor, tastefully furnished... its more like staying in someones English country manor house than a hotel. We were looked after like house guests with nothing too much trouble. The Room I had was probably the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Having stayed briefly at some of the competition locally in the past I can honestly say... More

A wonderful small hotel in the most Northern part pf the Netherlands. The hotel is a former orphan home, very nicely restored. It only has 6 rooms, all of them spacy, nicely decorated and very romantic. All the rooms have a good and modern bathroom, nespresso machine and free wifi. We had a familyreunion with 13 people and had all... More

As we drove up the hotel, we were touched by its exterior, like a small victorian house. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful, but the best surprise was the room. Smelling like roses, the room was clean, tidy, with full ameneties. We couldn't have wished for a better hotel. With only six rooms, the hotel is a... More

A very charming small hotel near Den Helder. Located in a very green area near the sea, close to Texel and other touristic areas in Northern Netherlands. The hotel was recently rennovated and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. Excellent service overall. Good price for the quality service. Recommended for couples and families.

Very charming building with a delightful atmosphere. Nicely decorated by the owner who provides a fantastic service. We were 3 adults in the room, and had enough space for each of us. Breakfast with fresh fruits salad and fresh squeezed oranges. Definitely a place to go, as an alternative to hotels on Texel island, which are more expensive. The hotel... More

I absolutly loved the hotel! The owner is soo nice and service was outstanding. My room was absolutly beautiful, with refregerator, TV, FREE internet, which i had to pay for in Hilton and Krasnopolsky in Amsterdam. I got the best ever breakfast daily! This hotel is just beautiful. Location.... it's a bit out of town, but minutes away from great... More
