Service on the whole was pretty good - perhaps replacement trays of food to bain maries could have had better attention. Drinks seemed rather expensive using tokens purchased. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while visiting the Christmas Markets.The food was good and the roms were very comfortable. This hotel is a real gem. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable, the food was always fresh and if you had any special requests it was never too much trouble to the kitchen, all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
