By staying at the Grand Hotel-even the name has a ring of past glories. This is a grand old dame of a hotel in a great position .The rooms are in the old "French" style with walls covered with patterned paper and heavy curtains ,Our room (204) on the 2nd floor had a nice lake view ,others may have had... We were here on a stop-over to visit some family members - as it is definitely not a "holiday" destination. The reception was quite friendly - but the place in general could do with a face-lift. We reserved a room with a balcony facing the lake. The room was clean but average - not necessarily well appointed - and there... More

We stayed there one week. The hotel was really nice and the view on the lake wonderful. The room and bathroom have good facilities. And the most was the Spa we enjoyed a lot. Just we were far from everything and very hard to reach Paris center. The train feel not very safe and taxi expensive. The staff was nice... More

This is how hotels should be. Being on one the nicest quartiers of Paris, in front of the small lake the setting for this hotel is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful and even organised great restaurant seating in the town. The rooms itself have a classic design and have the most amazing beds. With strict dietary requirements... More

Stayed here for a corporate event so it wasn't me paying for the hotel, but I felt that it was slightly overrated as well as overpriced. The neighbourhood is quite upscale and posh. This being an old thermal city, it has longtime been a weekend destination for rich Parisians, so the hotel probably was a very good hotel, a pity... More

A lovely older style hotel traditionally furnished with a gentle ambience Comfy big bed with nice pillows and very quiet. The rooms have a bath and are not huge but well appointed in a French style te restaurant is fair with a limited menu but well cooked. The spa is great with two pools and full gym. You get one... Stayed recently for 1 night. Hotel in nice area, with shops nearby and train station. Had a superior room, which was decent enough, nice view. Although the room was missing some tea and coffee facilities. Had a very good nights sleep, as the hotel is set back from the main road. Breakfast was good, was full and satisfied. Good service also.... More

I stayed few nights for a corporate events. My room was not very big, the decoration is outdated, TV is very small with few channels, no mini-bar and the bed was not comfortable. On the top of that there was a bad smell (of used water) and we could not find where it came from. Staff at the reception was... More

This hotel offers one of the largest spas I've ever seen on a hotel site! The pools, spa, treatment rooms and everything else were top-notch! I received a spa treatment that I'll never forget, and the staff is very helpful. It helps if you at least attempt to speak a little French as much of the staff doesn't speak English,... More

I had a superior room booked for about 170 euros, which I personally consider quite expensive. The view on the lake was the only positive aspect. As said by others, the decoration is somewhat outdated, the TV was very small and had reception problems, the mini-bar was not well furnished, the bathroom was spacious but not very practical, ...
