We booked here as a referral because Hotel Cenobio where our friends were staying was full...we were delighted; they may not have the same sea view but the location half way up the hillside overlooking the bay and the gardens certainly made up for that...only 300 steps straight down to the train station/ harbour - but getting a taxi for... We were so warmly greeted by Mario, the owner of the hotel that we automatically felt at home. The Villa smelt like holiday, the flowers walking up to the door were to aromatic. Mario gave us such fantastic suggestions of what to do and where to eat. Every suggestion was spot on, if only we had more days there to... More

My experience at Villa Rosmarino was amazing and I will be returning at the end of the month. The only problem with this place is that is it always full - but not surprising! The villa is beautiful, the rooms are very charming, the pool area is great and the owner, Mario is what makes this place so exceptional! I... More

We spent a week at the Villa Rosmarino in mid September. I have mixed feelings when it comes to rating our stay. I loved the area and would definitely like to come back but would most likely opt for different accommodation. The Villa is beautiful and the common areas are really warm and cozy, you feel like taking a picture... More

Villa Rosmarino is stylishly decorated and looks beautiful; Mario provided good suggestions on what to do and where to eat; and the breakfast was a good start to the day. But, compared with other places we have stayed on this holiday, it wasn't particularly good value. There wasn't a lot of privacy between rooms either, despite the apparently thick walls,... More

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful hotel. The owners, Mario and Fulvio, made us feel like guests in their own home. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom and the pool very refreshing!! Breakfast on the terrace was a great way to start the day and nothing was ever too much trouble. Their restaurant recommendations were... More

Mario is a wonderful host. The food, the decor, and the easy walk into Camogli makes for a perfect weekend exploring a coastal Ligurian town. Enjoy a glass of wine in the library with a gorgeous selection of art books.

We stayed here in early September on the strength of the reviews . It is a stylish B&B and I would only recommend it for a one or two night stopover . We stayed for four nights which was too long for us . It is in the hills high above Camogli. The walk into town takes around 20 minutes... More

All of the positive reviews are true - this B&B is truly spectacular. The minor details and the amazing views from the Swimming Pool room -- nothing was spared. Mario was extremely helpful with recommendations and making our stay as perfect as possible. We initially thought it may be better to stay in Santa Margherita, but I am glad we... More

Gorgeous breakfast, fragrant spaces and garden, a wonderful collection of art, sculpture, furnishings, charming hosts, friendly staff, crisp fresh linen . We were directed to some great restaurants for memorable dining experiences - thank you Mario! I can't wait to go back!
