This hotel was beautiful. It is a huge old building with a lovely room and gorgeous marble old bathroom; I loved it. The food at breakfast and dinner exquisite, best I've had in Italy and service to die for. There is a shuttle which takes you into town ; a pretty heart pounding journey around a twisty, bendy driveway with... More

My wife and I found this fantastic hotel by accident, And we are so glad we did. It was a step back into a wonderful time of luxury and indulgence. We had a very large room with a stunning view from the hillside. We absolutely loved sitting on the hillside during the morning sun drinking espresso. The indoor pool was... More

It's very quiet and calm place. I recommend to all for romantic weekend in Liguria. Staff is very friendly and well organized. I ordered wine before I came to the hotel and it was waiting for us chilled in an ice bucket. Breakfast buffet is tatsy.

Even though this hotel is old, it does have a lot of charm and the views are spectacular. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to explore Camogli, Portofino and surroundings. We were a bit disappointed that they close the swimming pool at 8pm as the sun was still shining and the kids wanted to swim.

Slightly disappointed with our stay, hotel room small and dark and bathroom dated, restaurant very dated and lacking atmosphere - with bland decor typical of older hotels, where people speak in hushed tones! Food and service OK, but no local restaurant alternatives unless you catch the occasional minibus service down to sister hotel down in Comogli. Parking was more chaotic... More

Since i saw many strangers tourists over there I’ll ty to write my review in english. Before all I have to say that we tried just the Welness Centre-Spa of the hotel, called Kaysun Portofino Kulm, even if some years ago we slept here one night. However, the surrounding is very nice, just silent woods on the top of a... More

This hotel is truly beautiful. Built in Art Deco style I challenge you not to feel the old Hollywood glamour of this place. It also has a fabulous view of the Ligurian sea which I never grew tired of looking at. We used the hotel shuttle bus to spend an evening in nearby camogli and had a wonderful evening, a... More

We did not book any hotel in advance for our trip to Cinque Terre and checked a couple of hotels before we finally arrived at the Portfofino Kulm. We fell in love with it at first sight. You certainly pay a surcharge for the view from the hotel but it was worth it… Amazing sunset from our balcony. The rooms... More
