If you do not have the budget, then this is a place to consider, but it is nothing really special and really noisy. You can hear the trains passing by and the people next to your room. The bathroom was really tinny, not even a m² to stand, not even half... I think that it is cheaper and nicer to... More

A great authentic family hotel, the thing you're really looking for when you want an authentic stay on the italian riviera. Rooms are simple but stuffed with the real stuff in terms of furniture. We stayed here as a couple with a kid in a triple room, which was fine too. Place was clean. Really enjoyed staying here. I booked... More

Hotel Augusta is a small hotel run and owned by the Polverino family. It's situated in a narrow, one-way street with beautiful surroundings: palm-trees, beautiful buildings and the ocean. We stayed in a room on the 1 st floor, with windows towards the street. When we opened the window every morning we could have a glimpse of the ocean behind... More

This is a wonderful family run hotel. Jack and his father made us feel welcome and at home in Camogli. They put in the extra effort to make your stay special. Free internet wifi and nice breakfasts! The rooms were recently renovated and they are spectacular and have air conditioning! Thank god for the A/C! I happened to stay there... More

I first met Giacomo Polverino (hotel owner) 1990 when Italy was hosting the FIFA World Cup. The Swedish team stayed at the more expensive Cenobio dei Dogi but with our limited budget we found a less expensive but cozy albergo with a lot of hospitality. Even if the Swedish team played awful and went home after only ten days, me... More

Albergo Augusta is one of those places you are glad to go. The rates are very competitive and the service is amazing, specially because it is run by its owners who are people incredible friendly and nice. The rooms have all you need, A/C, TV, a clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. Additionally it has a satisfactory breakfast included in... More

It is a small family run hotel, our room was on the second floor with no elevator. The room is very small with a sliding plastic door to the bathroom. I had to squeeze in sideway to get in. The bathroom is very small with a toilet facing the sink (I guess one can save time using both at the... More

We have been two times in this 2-stars hotel with 5 or 6 rooms (all in the first floor), once in the room 2 overlooking the one way road (V. Piero Schiaffino) leading to the city and once in the room 3 facing a stone wall on the west side of the hotel. Both rooms are rather small. Room 2... More

I got to Camogli and walked over to Hotel Augusta. I had booked two nights over the internet, asking for a sea view, but was told none of the rooms in the hotel have seaview. But the location is perfect. Quiet, near a great area for sitting with a view, a few feet from the main harbor where you can... More

We recently stayed at the Hotel Augusta for 2 nights. Camogli is a lovely place, a great place to get a taste of the "real Italy" before hitting the tourist trail on the Cinque Terre. Our room was basic and fairly small (the bathroom was tiny) and overlooked the road without any sea views. The hotel was probably twice the... More
