We stayed here for five nights in august and have to say it was one of the most beautiful locations I have ever visited, the view was breathtaking. The freshwater pool was wonderful. Do eat the Pirate restaurant next door, food was outstanding, especially the bruschetta which became my daily addictiion haha, really helpful staff, all of whom spoke good... more

My wife, 10 year old daughter and I stayed here for two nights in June. Its a very well run hotel in a beautiful location. There is a view of the lake and the mountains and its within a very short walk of the centre of Limone. Highly recommended more

Just got back from the Alexander. Firstly it has a great location with most rooms having a lake view albeit you have to look over a road to see it. It is just on the edge of the town which suits us as it is not too noisy at night and a pleasant stroll into the small town which has... more

We booked a week's half board at the Alexander, a week before travelling through last minute.com. The hotel had only been open a month and was all, if not more, than we could have wished for. We arrived in Limone late on Saturday 30th August so did not appreciate the fantastic scenery we were driving through. The hotel was welcoming and had left cold meats and bread for us.
