Yes indeed, the grounds are beautiful. My kids loved the pool! But the first night we didn't have any air conditioning (broken), they moved us to another room, which was fine. The rooms could use some updating. The bedspreads are ancient. What bothered me most about this place was the attitude of the staff. They are very aloof in manner.... more

We booked a junior suite. The hotel location, grounds, and pool were lovely. The 'junior' suite, resembled a cave, the only light ,coming from the front door ,with a mezzanine area for sleeping up a wooden open staircase and not enough height to avoid hitting ones head.
