Stayed at this hotel with my brother for a week mid-september 2009. On first arriving at the hotel, reception areas are clean, impressive and well kept, though reception service could be better. Stayed at this hotel with two teenagers and two other families. On the face of it looked very nice although our rooms were in the annex which seemed to be the staff quarters and overlooked a car park! Not exactly as shown on the web-site.
