Everything works well here in this family run hotel that is popular with cyclists and motorcyclists. The rooms and bathrooms are above average at this price. WiFi worked well in our room. The dining room was also good value for money. There's good garaging for bikes and this place is a member of the useful association bettundbike.de. Don't plan to... More

This hotel was the first one we stayed in on our German Danube bike ride. It is situated close to the train station (10 minute walk) as well as town amenities. We arrived extremely jet-lagged and the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Our laundry was taken 'off site' and returned (ironed) within 24hours. The room was average size with... More

We stayed here at the start of a bike trip from the source of the Danube in the town down to Vienna. I would say that this was probably the best hotel we stayed in on our trip. Simple, not pretentious in any way but the kind of hotel where everything was in order. From the booking process through arrival... More

The rooms were nice and big and very clean. The restaurant had a good selection of food on the menu with the restaurant seemingly to be full of locals, which is always a good sign. Breakfast was the normal continental affair that you'd expect with a good selection of meats, cheese yogurts and bread.

We stayed in this hotel because it was recommended in our driving tour book. It was very quiet and clean. The parking lot behind the hotel is small, but free. We had a room on the top floor overlooking the street, but it was still quiet. The breakfast was a typical German selection with bread, yogurt, cheeses, meats, cereal and... More

We used this hotel for four nights at the start of the long diistance footpath through the Black Forest to the Kaiserstuhl. It turned out to be a good choice - decent sized room and quiet at night. The owners are most helpful, and the wife of the owner speaks pretty good English. One of the main assets is the... More

my husband and I stayed one night at this hotel. The owners are very friendly and even showed us the room as he gave us the key. Room is very large with a balcony and a sofa, and we had a big bathroom. Seems to be a good location and i was able to find the main street in town... More
