Despite it's name (I'm Dutch) this hotel was a big disappointment. Like most other people we were here only for one night as a stay over for a trip from Italy. we booked this hotel for it's excellent reviews on booking.com. Just likes the rooms the reviews seems to be a bit outdated: - The rooms smelled musty - there... More

We stayed here just one night on our travel to Budapest. The hotel manager checked us in and was not welcoming. It maybe his English was not up to it. BUT they are in the business of serving tourists. Room was OK a bit on the cold side at first. It was clean. The reason we choose this place was... More

We stayed at this hotel last week. We had a three night stay at the Wilhelm. The room was what you'd expect in small town Germany: clean and presentable. I don't think I've ever been disappointed with a German hotel room. They are always clean and presentable. The room had a little mini bar with a few supplies. The bath... More

Stayed with family of four in June 2014. Good clean hotel with friendly staff and good German style breakfast buffet. It is located on a quiet residential street in small village of Diez. They have family style rooms with four single beds which was a plus for us (not having to book two separate rooms). Easy access from the nearby... More

We arrived late in the hotel and called up before hand to inform them. Unless you have booked an international hotel for a bigger hotel, it's not usual for a small hotel to have a receptionist at the front desk after 10pm. But collecting our key wasn't a problem. We were given a code that we used to open a... More

We stayed several times in this hotel. Nice and comfortable rooms, and If they are at the backside, it is quite. Buffet type breakfast in the morning. Staff is usually very nice and helpful. However, it is somewhat strange that at the entrance of the dining room there is a lady that strictly advices you to a certain seat, and... More

We called ahead to reserve a room. No one on the reception desk spoke English, but eventually we understood they had rooms, so we should take our chances. The listing said it was in Limburg, but in fact it was in Diez, as the man in KFC told us. We found a sign which directed us down a back alley.... More
