We have just stayed at the Reina Felicia hotel four our sixth time whilst travelling back and forth to Spain. The hotel is modern in the minimalistic way, set away from traffic, with big modern bedrooms and comfortable beds. We have always had a good nights sleep. The staff are thin on the ground but welcoming. They have a bar... More

Great hotel. Spotless. Great Location. BUT you cannot get anything to eat between 1530 to 2030. The wifi does not work and no effort to fix it. Bare staffing. The barmaid is running from one end of the hotel to the other. Never seen a hotel charge for the sauna and swimming facilities. Just very poor service. We ate out... More

Jaca is a lovely little town with lots of awesome hiking and a fun city center. The Hotel Reina Felicia, however, is about a mile and a half walk to the downtown and it's location is behind a grocery store in the middle of a sea of brand new apartment buildings that no one seems to be living in. The... More

The hotel is in a quiet spot but near theTown. The Restaurant had an excellent set price menu and the food could not be faulted with excellent value for money - €20 including wine and water. Service was good on all counts and the Staff were cheery and friendly. Lovely rooms. More

We booked this hotel while travelling through the Pirineos and chose it because of the inner and outer pools: the inner pool was closed and will be for some time as we were told, the outer is like a large tank in a basement (shadow almost all afternoon). When pools are not working we shoud know it whe booking through... More

We rented one of the suites upstairs, with a loft bedroom. The air conditioning barely functioned, and there was no vent for it in the loft or any window in the loft, so it was suffocatingly hot. We tried to call the front desk several times, but it was always busy. After dressing and going down to the front desk... More

This hotel is perfectly located in natural surroundings. We were there to enjoy the nature and visit a friend, but I can imagine that one would come back to also enjoy some good winter fun. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpfull as they helped us plan some excursions. I am planning to go back to this hotel as... More

This hotel was a gem! Alberto and staff made this our most relaxing and restful time in Spain. We needed to get away from the hussle and bussle and were bowled over by the friendly and helpful interest the staff offered. While a bit out of Jaca, it provided some great views of the Alps, hassle free parking, quiet and... More

We arrived more by luck that judgement at the Hotel Reina Felicia whilst on a motorcycling holiday in the area. We were offered a great deal by the hotel manager (Alberto) which included very secure parking for the motorcycles and were a short walk from the town centre. The hotel was in a great location from a climbing/skiing/ motorcycling point... More
