Comparing the price of this hotel to others of similar quality in Spain, it is over priced. It is nice to have a 24 hour cafeteria but the rooms are standard - comfortable enough. The windows lock out any city noise but there is little to prevent noise from the corridors. Many hotels were booked out when I was searching.... More

Check-in was efficient but the price as a walk in was higher than the online price. Breakfast not included. The room is a little tired, but it has a bath and plenty of hot water. Off-street parking is available. It's a big hotel so a little impersonal as are they all.

Stayed for two nights and our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff seemed friendly and pleased to see us. The food was fine but given that Spain is full of fantastic products it was a bit basic. However, we would go back if ever we are in the area again.

Booked 1 night here, but upon review, extended our stay, so that we could see all that Merida has to offer. The rooms are very nice, clean, and good room. Breakfast was a buffett style for 10 Euro each. Good selection. Merida has the Roman Amphitheatre etc built appr 15BC. Wonderful Roman bridge, an aqueduct, and much much more.Free WiFi... More

This is a very modern and comfortable hotel with ample secure car parking for 7 euros a day. It has big spacious and spotlessly clean rooms most with a good view.It has a restaurant and cafeteria and the food is reasonably priced. It is also very convenient for a nice stroll to see the attractions and the town centre shops... More

We recently stayed at this hotel for four nights as part of a group tour of Extremadura. The hotel had promise as we checked in and the rooms, though not modern, were comfortable and had most amenities (though I´m surprised there was no in-room safe). The staff too were generally friendly and the Cafeteria served drinks which were not excessive... More

We stood at this hotel as it is very central for exploring Mérida by foot. After having some bad nights of sleep at the previous hotel we were in Portugal, we wanted a good star rated hotel to have some good nights of sleep. Well, that was really the only good part, the bed was good. The problems started right... More

While the room was good, parkking good, though involved an extra fee, and the pool area looked nice though we did not use it, the breakfast was awful. Congealed scrambled eggs with a hard crust on top, unappetising bacon a croissant that would have served as a good cricket ball! That said, we would probably return, but have breakfast elsewhere.... This hotel is just off the Avenida Raina Sofia. It has large, comfortable rooms. We were able to walk to the old town within 15 mins. We took the tram one day which took us around most of the towns ruins - the following day we walked the tram route which was good as we were able to take our... More
