I loved everything about this hotel: spotless modern room, great bathroom with big window, comfortable room downstairs for using the computer (free), fantastic buffet breakfast, beautiful courtyards, and most importantly, the owners and staff. Someone was always available to answer questions, make suggestions, and generally appear helpful and friendly. I ended up spending four nights here and using it as... more

Escaping the UK to find some sun, we stayed at Hotel Chancilleria for the weekend in the Old Town of Jerez. The hotel is small, 14 rooms, tastefully decorated with well appointed, air-conditioned rooms and internet access. Recommended by a friend that has stayed at the hotel many times, we can only echo his comments that the owners, Antonio and... more

I stayed one week in this hotel while attending a workshop that was located nearby. The staff was friendly and super helpful. The restaurant by far the best in Jerez. If you don't stay at the hotel at least get to the restaurant. The room was comfortable. You couldn't ask for better service and staff! Breakfasts were fabulous! Internet access... more

We chose this hotel based on other reviews on trip advisor and had all expectations surpassed. We are restauranteurs and were mixing some business with pleasure whilst visiting Jerez to further acquaint ourselves with the delights of sherry and the food so revered of southern spain. The passion for and knowledge of the area by our hosts Joanne and Antonio... more

My husband and I just return from spending two fabulous weeks touring and relaxing in Southern Spain. By far the Hotel Chancilleria was the highlight of our trip. The service, atmosphere and restaurant Sobares were so impressive we returned on the last leg of our trip for another night's stay. Joann, Antonio and their staff, especially Alejandro were exceptional. Antonio... more

We have just returned from our stay at the Hotel Chancilleria, after a wider tour of Andulucia. The hotel was beautiful with a pretty shaded walled garden that was very peaceful and serene, where we enjoyed dinner and a leisurley breakfast. Our room was large, light and airy, with Morrocan overtones. Each room also had it's own outdoor seating on... more

Best way to get there from the airport is taxi, about 20 Euro; Hotel is located in the old part of the City and you can easily walk to most of the sites: Bodegas, Dancing Horses, Flamenco Dancing, the Bull Ring,, Alcazar, Restaurants, and Shopping. You can walk to the train station( but it is a little far) It is... more

Nothing was too much effort for the staff at this super hotel. They collected us from the airport. Our son had mentioned to them that I was celebrating my birthday and they presented us with champague on arrival [ without us reguesting it ] The evening gourmet meal was delicious and could not be faulted . The rooms and ,... more

This small hotel is conveniently located for the the center of Jerez. The hotel was difficult to find first time - but the hotel helped us navigate over the phone - and once we'd found it, it was easy. Parking is a real problem - we had to park quite a long way from the hotel on our 2nd night... more
