November is perhaps not the first choice for beach holiday in Spain but for riding it is perfect. I admit the arrival was quite unusual for holiday in the south... After having rented a car at the airport I took the road towards the hotel (make sure to print out the very good intinary description on the web page of the hotel with pictures of each intesection!), but it had been raining that much that the road had been closed because of flood. After some detour I finally arrived at the Hacienda. Actually in normal situation it is only ca. 20 min. from the center of Jerez. Also the wet weather did not last long: after 1 day of rain the sun came back. Of course temperatures are not high summer, but still very agreable to stay outside just with a sweatshirt (but make sure to have warm clothes with you at this time of the year, spanish restaurants, etc. don't know heating...).
