We stayed for one night on our way to Seville. The staff were very friendly, finding us travel plugs and allowing us to use their wifi, hours after we checked out. The room was well decorated on clean simple lines, with iron wrought windows that opened onto a lime grove. I like air con but there's something about being able... More

This hotel in a former convent is a little gem hidden in Jerez. The rooms are spacious with all the necessary ammenities. Best shower ever! Extensive breakfast is served in the former chappel. The front desk was extremely helpful. Although the hotel does not have a pool or gym, I would definitely stay here again.

The Itaca is a lovely hotel nestled in a convenient location on the edge of the main town. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was nice with a good selection of pastries and coffee. Staff at the hotel couldn't have been more helpful advising where to go and what to do in Jerez. The old building has... More

M wife and I stayed last night the 10th June at this hotel,we could not fault the service the cleanliness or the staff, we also enjoyed a very nice evening meal and breakfast, there was plenty of choice for both meals, the breakfast being a buffet, the evening meal was al la carte, it was our wedding anniversary and we would definitely return... We spent 7 nights here during an international meeting in Jerez. Very friendly staff. Receptionist Elena deserves extra credit for being so helpful with our online check in. Very clean rooms, modern, quite, beautiful rooftop terrace with great view. You can tan here! Enjoyable stay. The breakfast is served in an old chapel. I spent two extra nights because I... More

We booked this hotel an hour before arriving, after visiting a relative in a village a few miles away. Our only stipulation was a central location and parking facilities. The girl on the front desk (sorry I forgot your name) was extremely helpful even offering to accompany us to the nearest underground car park. We to had a ground floor... More

Good things first...The bed was comfortable and large. Fruit in room...free parking, good location Breakfast was plenty but the hot food was less than warm....no eggs. We should have realised that as it was fronted by a cobbled street it would be noisy....All night.! No need for wake up call. We had a very nice coffee machine in the room...It... More

We stayed in Room 8 on the ground floor. The room was quite large, the beds (two singles pushed together) were OK, but the en-suite is more in-room than en-suite with a very small toilet cubicle and an overly complex shower. The room is on the ground floor facing the street and so is quite noisy. The 'free' wifi didn't... More

This hotel was great value for money, we arrived into Jerez and was warmly greeted by reception. I went with a friend to explore Jerez as we wanted something more authentic rather than Madrid or Barcelona. Our room was a good size, clean and most importantly it felt homely :) We had a mutual friend staying at a bigger well... More

I have stayed this hotel again for nine nights. I chose this hotel for the location where was very convenience for me. However, there was no improvement some of facility since last year that some facilities need to be modernizes such as TV and TV remote controller didn't work properly. A room was very dark, too close to the opposite... More
