Centre of town, quiet clean room. Ok breakfast. Parking a bit of a pain, need to get staff to lower security automated bollard to pedestrian area which leads through tight streets to parking. Apart from a small patio leading to the parking there is no outside area to relax. As reflected in this review I was vastly underwhelmed by whole... More

Stayed for 3 nights at this hotel last march. Old charm comfortable hotel very well situated in the historic district close to all major attractions and good restaurants. Good breakfasts every morning with eggs on demand with no extra cost and excellent service. The hotel has a large parking area at the back with extra cost. The only problem with... More

This was our last hotel of our Andalucia trip, and it came up to our expectations. Our room was exactly as we had booked, a junior suite, quiet and overlooking the courtyard at the back. The room was vast and the bathroom palatial. The one and only problem was that the jacuzzi bath had broken and couldn't be fixed while... More

We were meant to have room 7, but we were early and it was not ready, so they gave us room 2. Fabulous room overlooking the square, empty in the early morning and as the day progressed it transformed into a buzzing square, where the locals eat and drink. The room itself was very fresh, really nice touches, but I... More

We really loved our four days in the Palacio Garvey as part of our trip across Andalusia. The location on the northern edge of the historic core is perfect for exploring the city centre with the Gonzalez Byass Bodega and Cathedral, to the South of the centre, only 10min walk through the narrow streets and plazas. The staff were very... More

We stayed here at the beginning & end of a holiday, touring the Pueblos Blancos villages, & it was by far the best of all the hotels that had been booked for us. Excellent rooms, service & staff. The breakfast was waiter service & made a lovely change from the buffets elsewhere. Ideal position for exploring the locality as on... More

Hotel's location is fantastic, very close from the airport. The staffs are very nice and helpful. What a pity that we only spent one night there! Has only one problem in room, the fridge's motor is very loud, it keeps me awake all the time, I cannot sleep at all! Even I have to switch off the air-condition as well....... More

A great combination of comfort and elegance in a beautiful old palace. Great staff (the most efficient yet friendly reception), good location (try the tiny hole-in-the-wall tapas bar opposite, or wander a couple of minutes down the street to the centre of town) and all at a ridiculously low price. Add to this some wonderful touches to the place (lovely... More

In this luxury palace, a renovated historical building, we got a room large enough to qualify as a suite. All furniture and decoration are modern, comfortable and clean, with a quite high ceiling. There was even a spa bath as a bonus. The front desk staff gave us some really useful advice about the activities in town, namely the Royal... More

This hotel is in an old restored bulding, in the hart of Jerez. The entrance is fantastic, with a typical andalus patio. In the stairs and in the space at the first floor there are many èiece of art. Impressive. The room itselfs was nice but a few furnitures would need to be renewed. The bad part was the minibar.... More
