We had 4 nights at this excellent downtown hotel. Palacio Garvey is remarkable for the modernisation and thoughtful conversion, with fine artwork and interesting artefacts in public areas. Our junior suite was on the top floor and offered some fine views over the plaza from Room 11 rooftop terrace, and on the opposite side windows to the courtyard below. Both the... More

We stayed one night in this amazing hotel whilst in Jerez for the F1 training sessions. It is spacious and full of lovely artwork. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were in room 15 which involved climbing the stairs - but these are no way as bad as made out in some reviews, though I must admit we... More

Prepare yourself as soon as you go through the door of the hotel - it's very spacious and beautifully decorated. The surprises continue as you go up to your room; there are comfortable, spacious lounging areas on each floor and the room itself is huge! It's actually a large foyer, a bedroom, and a bathroom (with a soaker tub) as... More

stayed here last night and visited tio Pepe sherry. Parked the car, was shown to our room overlooking the courtyard, all very nice. The art in the hotel makes a nice change from the sterility of big chain hotels. The hotel is on the very edge of the pedestrianised part of Jerez and a few hundred yards from a pretty... More

The room was lovely... I was in room No1 a suite for five nights on business so tried the restaurant a couple of times, the food is almost impossible to eat, covered in salt, not only that but for a 4 star hotel the food is not even close to a road side cafe. In all I tried it twice... More

This is a very modern hotel that is well decorated with beautiful artwork. Paintings and sculptures. The rooms are large and functionable, beds comfortable . The sitting furniture is less comfortable as they are metalwork chairs made with foam. You could not see out the bedroom as the windows were above the roofline. At dusk all the sparrows descended into... More

This beautiful hotel was directly overlooking a 16th century Square in the heart of the old town and within a stroll of all that Jerez has to offer. Room 2 was fantastic 15 foot high ceilings, balcony overlooking the square, modern stylish furnishings, a very comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and a separate shower cubicle. The only downside... More

A good hotel with on site parking. 2 floors, but lift only to 1st floor. Initially given room 7 but the receptionist agreed to Change it to room 12 as the safe broken in room 7. Rooms clean and good bed. Bathroom well equipped. Problem in this room was lack of light. The sitting area only had a table lamp... More

Stayed here for 2 nights recently .. Have to say driving and finding the hotel from the airport was tricky but once we arrived .. Here we have an oasis of absolute calm .. The architecture , design and fittings are awesome. The furniture, in and out of the rooms were splendid .. Add to that some quirky artwork and... More
