I mistakenly booked this hotel in December and did not realise that I was unable to cancel without incurring the full charge. Although the booking was for the following May the hotel refused to allow me to cancel without penalty. Whilst it was my mistake I tried to change the booking within 12 hours and the hotel showed no flexibility.... More

I don't think this hotel justified it's three stars, we stopped during the motogp weekend and paid a high price! A small room only one chair very tiny shower cubicle no extractor fan in bathroom, breakfast mediocre

We travelled by taxi from the Jerez Railway Station and I am glad as would have found by myself. The side lane entrance was a little off putting at first but that is what most streets look like in Jerez that I saw anyway. Our first room smelled like dirty water, they changed the room straight away. We stayed in... More

Decided to re-visit Jerez and checked out this small hotel...2 or 3 star rating with a private locked garage to the side, in valuable in the city. The receptionist, Michael spoke very good english and was most helpful and had lots of local knowledge. The rooms have air conditioning, slide the key fob into the holder by the door and... More

Good location, short walk to the sights and the action. Seemed typical 3 star - room a bit odd though. Pretty dark, had a private terrace but was just a concrete hot box. No view, no plants, just wall to wall concrete. Room and bathroom clean, good shower pressure. No Sat TV Breakfast average - toast, juices etc Internet access... More

A good hotel with very helpful staff, located 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of old Jerez. Rooms were fine although a little dark; the facilities were all working and everything was very clean. Breakfast was fairly simple; a selection of juices, cereals, cakes and toast, plus tea/coffee. It was provided for free though, so no complaints. Parking for a... More

I wonder how Albarizuela got 3 stars: maybe just because they have a fairly modern entrance, otherwise difficult to understand. We had booked a double room, and after staying in the magnificent Barcelo Jerez the night before we knew we would have to lower our expectations- but this was too poor.
