Back home from another visit to our home from home in Jerez. Fantastic help, great room, central location and SOFT towels, what else can you ask for from a hotel? Be sure to ask Monica for her suggestions about where to eat and visit. Thank you again Monica.

This hotel was great for the price! What a bargain! My husband and I visited just before Christmas, 2013. The hotel was simple but elegant, nicely decorated, and clean. It also offered a nice breakfast. Monika was great for recommending off-the-beaten-path restaurants and experiences, although she was very busy and did occasionally seem a little impatient (in her defense, I... More

This hotel is a gem! A really charming unusual place in a lovely city. Monika and her staff made us feel really at home and her knowledge of what to do, where to visit and even where to eat was extremely helpful. The hotel is tastefully furnished and the room we had was large, light and airy. Shower and towels... More

Spent three nights at this excellent hotel. The owner was particularly friendly and helpful and the location perfect in the heart of the city. Has some great bodegas. Some of the less well known, most interesting. Great restaurants

Loved this 1920s hotel with Mackintosh inspired staircase handrails. Very simply and elegantly decorated and an outstanding hostess to boot. We stayed for a week in December to escape the Christmas madness in Ireland. The rooftop terrace was very tranquil with a view of the rooftops of Jerez. It was the perfect get away and the owner Monika maintains the... More

I've only stayed in Jerez once, but when I return in the future I won't think of looking anywhere other than Casa Grande. Very friendly owners/staff who were happy to advise on local facilities and places to eat. Perfect room and facilities and a good breakfast - all situated in a pretty square. I stayed for 2 nights for the... More

We arrived late after a long day of travel with more than its share of catastrophes. When Monika greeted us at the door, it was like coming home to family. It's possible we had the best room in the hotel. It was comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet with a window onto a patio. Breakfast was perfect and set in the... More

We liked: - Historic building the hotel occupies that create unique atmosphere - Location of the hotel which is central - Good breakfast - Good service and the professional advice on site-seeing hints we received from all the staff members - Possibility to enjoy the atmosphere of a nice town We did not like: - The status of in-bath facility... This is why I love trip advisor and recommend it. This property is EXACTLY what we needed. We had horrible flights, and the drive from Lisbon was long....this hotel was them most warm, comfortable, and welcoming beacon of light for us. The rooms were perfect. We were given guidance on where to dine, and it was perfect as well. When... More

But they were all true. This is the first time I have been so impressed that I felt the need to tell others .It is a really great hotel and worth more than 3 stars. If you are going to Jerez you must stay here. Immaculately clean and furnished with flair and style, very comfy, owner very helpful and close... More
