We stayed in Jerez at this hotel for three nights and had room 206. It had a large balcony and faced the cathedral. The room was pretty good but the door to the balcony didn't close properly. This wasn't particularly a problem as the heating in the room was efficient so we weren't cold and saw no reason to complain... More

We were only there for one night, but the lady on reception gave us our room as we arrived (much before check in time) and she directed us to a bodega just up the road, which we were just in time for! The room was brilliant, very spacious and the beds were comfy, with extra blankets if needed. The bathroom... More

The staff were very friendly but the hotel is in need of some more care. There is a nice roof terrace but it has been neglected. The tables needed cleaning. Our room was pleasant but was next to the front door which meant it was noisy at night as people came in late. Also our room window did not open... More

We went there because the Vuelta a España started in the city. We followed them a few day with our base being this hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and speak good English. Our room was small but good enough for the stay. With a good and cold minibar. The best place of this hotel is the rooftop. There is... More

Hotel Bellas Artes is in a perfect location to visit Jerez de la Frontera by foot. It isn't in perfect condition but it's good enough to be your hotel for a day or two while visiting this amazing city. The price for a room won't break your budget and the staff is super, friendly and very competent. I'm going back... More

Loved my stay here! Perfect location opposite the Cathedral with car parking right outside the door (chargeable) As its an old building it has character but some flaws like smaller rooms and limited cupboard space but our room with a balconey at the front was lovely. The staff on the desk spoke English and could not be more helpful.

Where to start? Firstly with the staff! How lucky the owners are to have such enthusiastic, friendly, helpful staff as they can make or break a business. We were checked in by a lovely young woman and when my friend asked for a change of room as the roll top bath was too high for her mother to get into... More

We arrived fairly late in the evening after a long day travelling from Morocco and so it was very nice to find such a pleasant young man on the reception desk. Our room was unusual and had a view of the floodlit Cathedral. Very clean and comfortable and after a good nights sleep we enjoyed a lovely breakfast served by... More

Lovely historic old building where the staff were a delight. The rooms were well furnished and quirky.A very pleasant stay with a good breakfast . Would recommend. It only yards from the beautiful Cathedral and the room we had offered a fabulous illuminated view of it.

We were greatly let down and disappointed by this shambles of a hotel. Booked an executive with twin beds, momths ago. Arrived to find not available and had to have an ordinary room with a view of a wall and a dodgy broken toilet. Paper thin walls, we enjoyed counting the wees our neighbours had over 24 hours! Every word... More
