We spent a week at the hotel. We received our request for room in high floor with a view of the cathedral. The hotel is in a perfect location. Walking distance from anywhere, downtown, restaurants, shopping, winery Tio Pepe and others. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying. Hotel maintenance is not perfect, but we got great value for our money. Above... More

This is the dirtiest hotel I ever visited. It had a renovacion a few y years ago. But it never has been cleaned since then. The house stinks like a sewage drain. In the restuarant you can write your name in the dust on the placemats. The hotel is completely understaffed. The receptionist prepares breakfast, later on she does the... More

Yes the location is good, but that's it! It is advertised as a 4 star! in my humble opinion it would struggle at a 2 star! The hotel is under renovation, it is dirty, lots of road noise and does not provide any of the amenities it advertises. Example: yes it offers 'parking' - but only 3 spaces outside next... More

When we checked in our first impression was a run down hotel and when we open the door to the room , which was placed groundfloor right next to the frontdoor , dust and spiderwebs proofed our first impression . We also had the great experience to enjoy the smell frpm the drains . On the second day we complained... More

We stumbled upon this hotel next door to the police station but opposite the cathedral. Hotel was beautiful bedroom was large, high ceilings and a balcony overlooking the cathedral. Free parking outside but wifi did not work for some reason. You are only a 5 minute walk from main town where there are lots of bars/restaurants. 2 sherry houses Fundador... More

We stayed here for a weekend, and chose this hotel as it is very near to a Turkish bath and massage place: Hammam Andalusi. Staff wise, Noemi was great, speaking good English and work like a bee, other people we saw were also friendly and nice. Rooms are of decent size with high ceilings, we stayed in 205 at the... More

We stayed in Jerez at this hotel for three nights and had room 206. It had a large balcony and faced the cathedral. The room was pretty good but the door to the balcony didn't close properly. This wasn't particularly a problem as the heating in the room was efficient so we weren't cold and saw no reason to complain... More

We were only there for one night, but the lady on reception gave us our room as we arrived (much before check in time) and she directed us to a bodega just up the road, which we were just in time for! The room was brilliant, very spacious and the beds were comfy, with extra blankets if needed. The bathroom... More

The staff were very friendly but the hotel is in need of some more care. There is a nice roof terrace but it has been neglected. The tables needed cleaning. Our room was pleasant but was next to the front door which meant it was noisy at night as people came in late. Also our room window did not open... More

We went there because the Vuelta a España started in the city. We followed them a few day with our base being this hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and speak good English. Our room was small but good enough for the stay. With a good and cold minibar. The best place of this hotel is the rooftop. There is... More
