The hotel is situated on a square next to the police station. There are some traffic noise from the street as the windows are old 1 layer type. It is a nice old type type of a hotel with a certain class. On top there is a nice roof terrasse where You can enjoy a good book. It is only... More

We cannot say anything bad - but it would have been nice for the breakfast to have been included in the price. Very polite staff, clean, comfy and the view of the cathedral actually bought a tear to my eye. Parking a nightmare so book a space with the hotel. Great bars and restaurants nearby- we only wanted a cheap... More

The location was perfect. Close to touristic bus stop, many restaurants, views on Citadel. There was a man at the reception who was very nice and would go out of his way to help us, he even made us a list of good local wines. Very charming rooms but nowhere near perfect.

We spent a week at the hotel. We received our request for room in high floor with a view of the cathedral. The hotel is in a perfect location. Walking distance from anywhere, downtown, restaurants, shopping, winery Tio Pepe and others. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying. Hotel maintenance is not perfect, but we got great value for our money. Above... More

This is the dirtiest hotel I ever visited. It had a renovacion a few y years ago. But it never has been cleaned since then. The house stinks like a sewage drain. In the restuarant you can write your name in the dust on the placemats. The hotel is completely understaffed. The receptionist prepares breakfast, later on she does the... More

Yes the location is good, but that's it! It is advertised as a 4 star! in my humble opinion it would struggle at a 2 star! The hotel is under renovation, it is dirty, lots of road noise and does not provide any of the amenities it advertises. Example: yes it offers 'parking' - but only 3 spaces outside next... More

When we checked in our first impression was a run down hotel and when we open the door to the room , which was placed groundfloor right next to the frontdoor , dust and spiderwebs proofed our first impression . We also had the great experience to enjoy the smell frpm the drains . On the second day we complained... More

We stumbled upon this hotel next door to the police station but opposite the cathedral. Hotel was beautiful bedroom was large, high ceilings and a balcony overlooking the cathedral. Free parking outside but wifi did not work for some reason. You are only a 5 minute walk from main town where there are lots of bars/restaurants. 2 sherry houses Fundador... More

We stayed here for a weekend, and chose this hotel as it is very near to a Turkish bath and massage place: Hammam Andalusi. Staff wise, Noemi was great, speaking good English and work like a bee, other people we saw were also friendly and nice. Rooms are of decent size with high ceilings, we stayed in 205 at the... More

We stayed in Jerez at this hotel for three nights and had room 206. It had a large balcony and faced the cathedral. The room was pretty good but the door to the balcony didn't close properly. This wasn't particularly a problem as the heating in the room was efficient so we weren't cold and saw no reason to complain... More
