During our recent stay we were told, without any notice,we would have to pack up and leave as the hotel was closing down there and then as the electricity had been cut off! This was very disappointing as we have stayed here many times over the years and have always enjoyed our stay. We would like to thank in particular... More

We stayed for 10 days here whilst visiting the local areas. We decided to book one of the suites - and wow - huge, luxurious with very private terrace. Staff were all very attentive and helpful, suggesting where to go and what to see. A small but well kept pool set amidst the beautiful gardens made for a lovely place... More

Hotel was really good. Excellent check in . Grounds are lovely. Room spacious, large bathroom. Wi fi didn't really work all the time we were there. There were "technical difficulties" Only seemed to work after 8pm and then gone next morning. Location was good , only 10 mins walk to centre of town. 2 mins from Sandeman Bodega and Royal Horse... Upon arrival we were presented with a glass of sherry, excellent check in service, speedy and accurate. Then we went to our room, unfortunately there were visitors already in the room in the form of ants, this was sorted by the staff and they were very apologetic. The next morning, breakfast was very substandard, not 5 star, then the power... More

We arrived at the Palmera Plaza in the middle of August. We were greeted with a glass of sherry and then shown to our rooms, which were very spacious complete with wet room. At reception we asked for info on what to do and were handed walking maps of the city which we used for the next 3 days, the pool... More

We arrived in Jerez late on a Sunday morning, tired from a weekend in Seville celebrating their spring fiesta. I had purposefully chosen this hotel in Jerez because there was a swimming pool and it was in a great location and the majority of the reviews I had read were positive. I was a little apprehensive about my booking as... More

We stayed here in July. Hotel is located in quiet place very close to city center. It has its own nice territory with old buildings and some green areas. Actually that was one of our favorite hotel in spain. Rooms are huge and beds are large and comfortable. Hotel located close to Bodega,so if like to try vine from a... More

We arrived in Jerez by train and after an exhaustingly hot walk we finally found the hotel. We were given our keys , and we made our way to 'our room'. Only to find that our room was actually a suite on the top of the hotel with its own, huge balcony. The room wax extremely clean and the hotel... More

We spent one night in the Kross Palmera as we were going to a show (quite amazing) at the nearby Spanish Riding School. The hotel is also conveniently situated for Sandeman's excellent Bodega We arrivied in the afternoon and were warmly greeted with a glass of sherry. The reception staff were friendly and efficient and a porter took our bags... More

Positive comments: The outside grounds are nicely laid out and the location is not too bad, easy to find by car. Negative comments: Our room was definitely not 5 star, it was 3 star. We had booked this hotel for a romantic weekend and had requested a double bed. We got two single beds pushed together with two duvets. The... More
