We decided to stay at this hotel after reading a great review in a travel guidebook. It was described as being a little better than it was. Not that it was bad, not at all. The rooms are spacious, very clean, with tv and a great big bathroom (with hairdryer - a definite plus), but the lighting is very dim and the furnishings are kind of old and drab. The people working there were all very helpful and friendly, one of the girls speaks a small amount of english although most of them only spoke Spanish.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel as there was a lovely bar around the corner where you could sit in the sunlight and have toast, coffee, croissants, and the best freshly squeezed orange juice!

The Tapas in Jerez is excellent - having travelled all over Spain this...
