The hotel is in our opinion, the best of the 4/5 star hotels available in Jerez. We have needed to stay in Jerez every few months for the past three years and have stayed in most of them. We now book exclusively at the Hotel Jerez and Spa when staying in Jerez. The facilities and rooms are excellent, the beds... More

I booked this hotel through last minute.com at a very good price. I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very spacious and clean, lovely lobby. The rooms are spacious and bathroom well equipped and clean. The breakfast is good and service in the restaurant friendly. We eat in the hotel bar one evening the food was very good and... More

The hotel is quite old, yet very clean with free WORKING wifi everywhere, room was spacey , good TV but we didn't have a balcony unfortunately. We passed on the breakfast (16 euros per person??) and went to a local cafeteria instead. Was raining a lot and they had a smoking area inside next to the bar for us with... More

I stayed here as one of a group of four on a golfing/holiday trip. We had single occupancy rooms and by booking early we got a very good deal on a B&B basis. Rooms were large, well appointed and comfortable, with balconies. My room faced the rear of the hotel so was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were... More

for all of the attractions Jerez has to offer. The town is a pleasant 15min walk. The hotel however is a little dated but clean & comfortable. The staff only do what they have to do . The bar is very unwelcoming with poor service. The food in the restaurant is ok but over priced although the service here was... More

After reading the reviews here, I decided to go for this hotel, I got very disappointed, we got screwed, it was saying that all rooms have balconies, we got the extra room of a suite like you know the kids' room that has no balcony. they charged us 90 Euros for the first night and 150 Euros for the second... After reading some recent reviews of this hotel I was expecting to be disappointed. However on arrival I was dealt with efficiently and offered a glass of local sherry. My ground floor room was fine with everything that could be asked, including bath robes. The internet connection was fine, however you do need to reconnect if you leave the room and the power... More

Good clean modern hotel with excellent indoor & outdoor pool. Reasonably sized room and en-suite, with very comfortable bed. Excellent buffet breakfast with plenty to choose from to suit all nationalities' tastes. The main restaurant doesn't open until 20.00 (typical of Spanish restaurants), so it tends to be busy for the first hour or so. Helpful staff throughout. Would recommend... More

quite disapointing when you expect a five star hotel. The food which was served as part of a package deal was of very low standard. The pool had various green spots. The gardens, looking out from the balcony were not looked after.

This hotel is at least 30 minute walk into the centre of Jerez. It is not 5 star. We had a room overlooking the pool area. The flowers in the balcony baskets were dead and badly needed tidying up making the exterior of hotel look unkempt. we had breakfast included but the cost is 16 euros and it was definitely... More
