Centrally located to be able to visit the old city center. Nicely appointed. The front desk person, Maria Jesus was especially knowledgeable and helpful. But, in truth the entire staff was very good and efficient.

Plus: Good and clean looking, size room ok, comfortable beds, modern bathroom, excellent breakfast buffet and nice staff. Walking distance from downtown/ monumental area, pleasant walk. Minus: You can hear the neighbors from your bathroom. At night tobacco smoke was entering the room via the heating/ventilation system. Parking 12 EUR/day; free parking available around, and the area seems safe. Tip:... More

We stopped here as we were passing through on a road trip. This is a good hotel to stop at and explore the town. The interior spaces and rooms were comfortable, and the staff polite. The hotel does have a restaurant although you need to access this from outside and further along the street (inside the hotel there is a... More

Very nice hotel in a nice and quiet area, near the shopping centre. But most of all right next to the welling less centre. Now that is a must visit. Rooms very clean, staff very friendly. The breakfast plentiful and lots of choice.

Stayed at this hotel June 26th with our dog en-route from Bilbao to Southern Spain. Would highly recommend to dog lovers - we were treated with respect, booked an executive room, and were made very welcome indeed. All staff only too pleased to help you - so much so that we have booked today for December again en-route to Southern... More

We stayed here en route from southern Spain to Santander and couldn't fault the hotel. The price was very reasonable and our room was very spacious and very comfortable. The old town with an abundance of restaurants and a lively ambience was only a short walk away. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and for me the selection of... More

I stayed here for 1 night and find it difficult to say anything positive about it, but also have no major complaints. The room price is very reasonable for a large bedroom and bathroom, the car parking is underground and secure with large spaces, there was a good choice for breakfast, the staff I encountered were pleasant and it's location... The staff can make or break a hotel reputation and the employees here certainly make the place memorable and it expresses quality. The hotel is as you would hope in the rooms, although the trend to avoid tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms is a point to consider for future ideas. The hotel itself is bare almost, and it does... More

I would dearly like to know how a hotel decides the price for pets to stay. Most establishments charge a nominal amount which seems to be between €5-€10. Before staying in this hotel in Extremadura, and after having stayed in more than 60 hotels around Europe with our dog, we had never paid more than €9 a night for the... More

As we were very tired from our journey, we entered Caceres to find where to sleep along the Autovia de La Plata. In fact we chose this hotel because it was the first one we found. The entry was surprising by its unusual large dimensions, however, we were much pleased with the wood-rich rooms and the 50's style, and the... More
