Centrally located to be able to visit the old city center. Nicely appointed. The front desk person, Maria Jesus was especially knowledgeable and helpful. But, in truth the entire staff was very good and efficient.

Plus: Good and clean looking, size room ok, comfortable beds, modern bathroom, excellent breakfast buffet and nice staff. Walking distance from downtown/ monumental area, pleasant walk. Minus: You can hear the neighbors from your bathroom. At night tobacco smoke was entering the room via the heating/ventilation system. Very nice hotel in a nice and quiet area, near the shopping centre. But most of all right next to the welling less centre. Now that is a must visit. Rooms very clean, staff very friendly. The breakfast plentiful and lots of choice.

Stayed at this hotel June 26th with our dog en-route from Bilbao to Southern Spain. I stayed here for 1 night and find it difficult to say anything positive about it, but also have no major complaints. The staff can make or break a hotel reputation and the employees here certainly make the place memorable and it expresses quality.
