We were scheduled to stay one night in Caceres, but because of illness, we stayed 3. The hotel is right at the edge of the plaza, which although convenient, the street in front is very busy and very noisy until very late at night. Although the view we had was nice, I would definitely recommend a room not facing the... More

We stayed two nights at this hotel. It is very well positioned right on the main square. The rooms are a good size. We had a triple room and it was huge. The staff were extremely helpful the receptionist spent an hour helping us to print out our boarding passes.

Good location, on the edge of the main square, but it was not the best hotel experience. Study a map carefully to find the public parking and note that you should take the parking ticket to the hotel to enable you to get a €2.50 concession (no mention of this on the booking form or a good description of how... We arrived in Caceres with no booking. We had an old Michelin red guide which listed this hotel and we thought we give it a try (any hotel listed in a Michelin guide has to be at least acceptable we reasoned). We weren't expecting such a great location, and certainly weren't expecting such good value. The reception and service was... More

I did not expect to find an affordable room in this central location without a booking. Luck was with me and remarkably at a much cheaper rate than described in the travel guide. I had a very comfortable room and was pleased to have a window which looked down a charming narrow street in the old part of town. The... More

Hotel was basic but in good location. No wifi in the rooms and NO ELEVATOR for luggage. The price included breakfast which was also basic. Beds were not very comfy and the noise level from outside was moderate.

Allow me to start with a positive note: service in the family owned hostel was extremely friendly. Also, complimentary breakfast was tasty and copious. Next to that, we were happy about the deal they have with the big underground parking nearby. Oh and the location in the very heart of town is absolutely excellent, certainly for the price charged. Too... More

Although we stayed in this hotel the night Spain won the football in Euro 2012, we obviously did experience some celebration noise late into the early hours, I would still recommend this hotel for it´s great location, tasteful antique decor and good value for money. I was worried about the noise level within the hotel, being close to reception at... More

We are there now, for the second night. Location: absolutely perfect. Out room (#103): huge corner room with several balconies overlooking the plaza major and a little side street, very comfortable and beautifully furnished, great bathroom with hydro massage shower (not that we care...).Very quiet! Staff: super friendly and extremely helpful. And now to the breakfast buffet: several previous reports... More
