We chose this hotel as a convenient stopover from Rome to Camerino. However we were really impressed as it is in a lovely setting with beautiful surroundings. We entered the restaurant with some trepidation having read other reviews but were too tired to travel elsewhere. This was a good choice! The service was excellent and our waiter gave us really... We stay one night in this hotel on the way to Spello, not far away from there. Its a real palace with huge modern rooms well equipped. The breakfast is typical to italian hotels, not more. A very good swimming pool. The staff needs a bit of energy...But a good place to stay.

Stayed here for one night on a recent road trip through Italy. First impressions were good with a lovely tree lined drive up to the main building. The Hotel is situated in large, well maintained grounds. So far so good. However the reception and bar area are bland and boring. Our bedroom though was modern and well appointed so no... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in Sept. and really enjoyed it. Our room had a huge balcony overlooking the gardens/courtyard/pool area. It was spacious with a very comfortable (and truly queen size) bed. The bathroom was top notch and there was a nice wardrobe. Coming from Rome, the size of the room & bathroom was a... More

OK, the building is new and nice, the rooms are large and clean, and the staff is very friendly. What we did not like is that the pool was described as 15mx25m, which was probably the size of the pool area but definitely not of the pool itself. There was no pool bar even though it had been advertised (in... More

My husband and I spent 3 weeks traveling around Italy. During this entire time, we had use of a rental car which allowed us to visit many places and to stay at different B&B's and hotels. This hotel has the "wow" factor. It is situated on a huge property, beautifully landscaped with olive trees, fruit trees, and flowers and all this... More

I can't give high enough praise to this property. It was immaculate, Biggest room and shower/bathroom on my 4 week trip to UK/Europe. Room was cleaned to spotless standard each day. Pool was huge. Clients were mainly family groups with children so no loud music and noise at nights. Breakfast was the best provided during my stay in Italy. Receptionists... More

We stayed here for 4 nights whilst meeting up with family over from Australia. We had a superior double which contained a large king size bed plus a single. If we stayed again we would probably only book a standard double as we really didn't need that much space, but it did have the benefit of a private terrace. The... More

What an amzing hotel. Stayed for four nights didn't want to leave. Waking up in the morning to the birds singing and the rustling of the leaves on the trees. Go onto the balcony and look over the beautiful kept grounds to the stunning Umbrian scenery. The room was huge - the most comfortable hotel bed ever. The bathroom was... More
