Amazing views over the Adriatic from our bedroom and the terrace and restaurant. Very comfortable peaceful accommodation. The location really is very quiet. We visited in October which is towards the end of the season. Good breakfast and dinner in the restaurant lovingly cooked by Paula.

Al Mirador is truly a heaven, due to its location, the views, the staff and the peace and tranquility. But especially for the food, they call it 'cucina povera' with only local ingredients, very simple, zucchini, eggplant, turnips, beans, figs etc. Every heaven has a saint, here it's Paula, she's the cook. And she's very talented. She prepares the most simple things to the highest level. Every meal was a delight, from the freshly... More

Yes, outstanding from all points of view. The location, the friendliness of the staff, the bedrooms, the high standard of housekeeping, and of course the excellent cuisine provided by Paula. Selva de Fasano is a beautiful area and well situated for exploring all the well known local towns/villages such as Cisternino [our favourite], Locorotondo, Martina Franca and of course Alberobello.

Al Mirador is located about 1-kilometre off the road from Fasano to Locorotondo, with access up a steep road from Laurento. After the drive up and passing through the automated gates, the outstanding view from the hotel is revealed. This is a small hotel with about 9 rooms and our bedroom was located on the upper floor. The same outstanding... More

The Good: The location, the location, the location! Gorgeous views! The staff - Carmello (the manager) and Antonio (the chef) were both terrific! Great infinity pool with panoramic views. Nice, pretty room with a great balcony overlooking the pool. Good breakfast - gluten free options, if requested. Delicious dinner - it was as if Antonio was our personal chef! The... More

We spent 10 days in the hotel - and enjoyed every moment of it. The hotel is located in Fasano (approx. 1 hour drive from Bari airport) and can serve as ideal starting point for exploring the region. It is located on top of a hill, with a picturesque road leading to it (Al Mirador signs are conveniently located on... More

Having arrived in Italy to find that our reservation at another hotel (through Expedia) had been thoroughly cocked up we spent a lovely, if unscheduled night at this hotel. We were greeted in an extremely friendly manner and shown a couple of rooms to choose from. Both were spacious and well appointed but we opted for the one with a... More

Very nice and comfortable hotel. We have spent a week in August 2012 treating the hotel as a base for travelling around Puglia. LOCATION As for exploring Puglia hotel is located very well. It is a less than 30 minutes drive to the places such as Alberobello and Polignano, around 30 minutes to Ostuni and less than 1.5h to Otranto.... More

Recently stayed for a week at this amazing hotel. Staff were helpful and courteous. Wonderful Italian cuisine with an excellent range of wines. Had a room next to the pool. Room was air-conditioned so no problem sleeping. From the pool you could see right across the valley...superb. You need a car. This small eight bedroomed hotel was a real find... More
