Never stayed at an all inclusive hotel before (done cruises), so we were not sure what to expect. The hotel is well positioned and it requires a lift and a small cable car to get to our check-in. This is probably the only downside. Staff were polite and they kept a hot buffet for late arrivers on the first day... more

The Hotel Olimpo-terrazze is set high up in rocks and commands lovely views towards Taomina. The gardens at the front of the hotel are very well kept, and the rooms are clean and functional. Now for the down-side, The food is simply appalling, there is very little choice each night and the vegetables in the buffet were always cold. They... more

We stayed for a total of three nights at this hotel as part of a tour. The Hotel is clean, well maintained and the staff polite and helpfull. The rooms are a good size with coffee/tea making facilities and great views. The hotel was built in 1998 but has a 50s feel to the design which we thought was great. There... more

We have just come back from Sicily having spent 7 relaxing days at Antares/ Olimpo hotel. We arrived on the train (Which incidently was only 6.30 euros for two singles!!) from Catania Central station and the hotel was a short walk from the Letojanni station (although not very well signposted - you can ask for directions, take a right out... more

Good points: 1. Views of the hills, the hotel is up a hillside and has to be accessed by a lift and cable car. 2. Decent sized pool (though unheated!) and plenty of sun loungers available. 3. Large rooms with kettle, air con. and TV. 4. Good pasta! 5. friedly staff. 6. Gym and spa (heated indoor pool, jacuzzi) free,... more

I stayed at this hotel with Thomson. It is set on a very steep hill and to get to the Olimpo hotel you take a normal lift to the Hotel Antares and then a glass lift up the cliff to the Olimpo. The actual hotel is very good and clean, the views are amazing and if anything are worth booking... more

This hotel was unique in that in order to reach your hotel room you would have to take a lift or tram. The view was spectacular as you assended and decended. The terrazze(terrace) was magnificent and overlooked the Bay of Naxos. We were blessed with great weather. The hotel was very clean, the restaurant food was great and we were only... more

We have just returned from a holiday at this hotel and enjoyed it immensely. Good points - all rooms are clean and towels and bedding changed regularly. The buffet is absolutely excellent. The quality of the food is of a high standard and you can eat as much as you wish. There is lots of variety, both hot and cold... more

We stayed at this hotel which is spectacularly sited on a steep slope between the Antares Olimpo and Antares hotels that it links, in early September 2004. The room was large, very well equipped and in immaculate condition with a wonderful terrace outside. Because of the stepped nature of the building the rooms do not have other rooms directly above... more
